Level One: Foundations of Inclusion

Demonstrate your commitment to increasing your awareness of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

Level One is free to obtain for any organisation that meets and evidences its criteria.

Level Two: Embedding Inclusion

Take action to replace exclusionary workplace practices with structures that support inclusion. 

You'll have a knowledge of the gaps and barriers within your spaces, and will be able to evidence your commitment to turning the vision of inclusion a reality.

Level Three: Change-Maker

Show meaningful, large-scale change to practice and culture across your workforce.

Your Level Three Kitemark marks you out as a change-maker in your sector and community, sharing good practice with peers and building a movement of inclusion across all pillars of diversity.

What will your Kitemark journey look like?

When you're ready, D&A will verify that you've delivered on your commitments. 5) Show off your kitemark! Receive your D&A Kitemark: an asset you can share across your marketing and communications.
